My Inaugural Weekly Hits

My Inaugural Weekly Hits

  • What am I reading? This Wired article gives a great breakdown on the history of voice and the future of voice-driven platforms.

  • What tech am I loving? One of my goals this year to become more organized and efficient. I’ve been using Airtable to try to get my life together and it’s been really helpful so far with project management and putting information in an easily accessible place.

  • Where am I headed? Next week I head west. I’ll be testifying for the California Senate Judiciary on the CCPA. I’ve never testified before, but I’m excited for a new challenge.

  • Win of the week? I brought Thelma Golden into my office to speak about the role of the arts and black arts institutions in building community. It was dope.

  • For the culture: The worst black history month in years is finally over, but this moment between Sam Jackson and Spike Lee will warm my heart for weeks to come.
